Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation was founded in 1992 with a goal of assisting the industry by providing cogeneration technology to enhance energy efficiency and increase power supply in Taiwan.

OUR BUSINESS

Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation is a professional power project developer focused on the investment and development of independent power producer plants, cogeneration plants, and renewable energy power plants under proprietary, joint-venture, or BOT equity structures.

ACHIEVEMENT

Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation was the first enterprise in the country constructing a gas-fired power plant. In recent years, we have cooperated with the governments energy policy and committed its regenerated energy business such as land and offshore wind, solar and geothermal power.

INVESTORS

Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation was established on May 7, 1992, and its initial public offering was on April 24, 1997. The corporation’s stock was traded on the OTC Market from May 8, 2000 to August 24, 2003 and listed on August 25, 2003 on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Market.
