Our company has been named to the “2025 Taiwan FINI 100” and the “TWSE Corporate Governance 100 Index”
Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation (TCC) has drawn international investor attention by being named to the "2025 Taiwan FINI 100," selected from among 2,194 TWSE/TPEx listed companies, and emerging stock companies.
The "2025 Taiwan FINI 100" is jointly organized by the Taiwan Institute of Directors and Corporate Development Research Center. Companies are evaluated on market capitalization, financial performance, and sustainable governance, with rankings determined by growth in foreign shareholdings to identify Taiwan's top 100 companies most preferred by foreign institutional investors.
TCC was also included in the “TWSE Corporate Governance 100 Index” this year. Reviewed annually in July, the index selects 100 listed companies from the top 20% of the Corporate Governance Evaluation, based on liquidity and three financial metrics: book value per share not lower than par value, net profit after tax ranking and growth rate ranking.
With the vision of "becoming an international power and energy company," TCC has built strong expertise in the power market while maintaining steady growth over the years. These honors highlight the Company’s international competitiveness and governance excellence. TCC will continue strengthening sustainable governance, enhancing operational performance, and fulfilling corporate social responsibility as it pursues long-term sustainable development goals.
