TCC's " Monthly Vegan Day " Initiative Enters Its Sixth Year

Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation's (TCC) "Monthly Vegan Day," launched in 2020, has now entered its sixth year. On April 22, in celebration of Earth Day 2026, TCC's Taipei office, Guantian Plant, and TCC Green Energy jointly participated in the initiative by ordering delicious vegetarian meals — inviting colleagues to support environmental efforts through meaningful action at the table.

Over the past six years, participation and positive feedbacks continued to grow, reflecting the strong commitment of employees to embracing low-carbon values in their everyday lives. TCC firmly believes that sustainable transformation can be driven not only through excelling in our energy services but also with a shift in lifestyles and mindsets. To that end, TCC continues to promote plant-based eating and food waste reduction, encouraging colleagues to take small yet impactful steps toward reducing greenhouse gas emissions and cultivating a culture of mindful consumption.

Through this initiative, TCC hopes to raise even broader awareness of environmental protection and inspire more people to contribute to a greener future for our planet.
