Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation (TCC) has recently received reports indicating that certain individuals are impersonating our affiliated enterprises (e.g., claiming to be the Chairperson of Shin Kuang Electric Energy Co., Ltd.) to engage in suspected fraudulent activities targeting the public.
We hereby state unequivocally that neither our company nor any of our affiliated enterprises (including but not limited to TCC Green Energy Corporation and Shin Kuang Electric Energy Co., Ltd.) will, through YouTube, LINE, Instagram (IG), Threads, X, or any other platform, solicit the public—under the guise of public welfare, investment opportunities, or any other means—to remit funds, make donations, provide sponsorships, invest, pay fees, or disclose any personal or sensitive information. We strongly condemns any illegal acts of impersonation and fraud and reserves the right to pursue legal action.  
We urge everyone to remain vigilant and safeguard their personal privacy and financial security. If you receive any suspicious or false information claiming to be from Taiwan Cogeneration Corporation or our affiliated enterprises (including but not limited to requests for payments, remittances, donations, sponsorships, investments, or sensitive personal information), please do not engage. Instead, promptly verify the information by contacting the Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165, or to reach out directly to TCC to confirm the authenticity of such information.
