Subject:The appropriation of 2008 earnings, total cash dividends NT$1.2 per share. |
In March 24, 2009, the Board of Directors proposed appropriation of 2007 earnings , total cash dividends NT$635,206,968 (NT$1.2 per share). This appropriation will be resolved by the stockholders in the annual regular meeting; ex-dividend date will be scheduled and then be declared.
