Subject:TCC 2006 Reports EPS of NT$1.36 |
Our 2006 standalone and consolidated financial statements have been audited , standalone net sales increased 29% in 2006 to NT$1,685 millions from NT$1,302 millions in 2005, consolidated net sales decreased 0.5% in 2006 to NT$3,489 millions from NT$3,506 millions in 2005 , standalone and consolidated net income increased 68% in 2006 to NT$ 554 millions from NT$330 millions in 2005, and EPS increased in 2006 to NT$1.36 from NT$0.83 in 2005.
uding stock dividends NT$211,858,000 (NT$0.5 per share) and cash dividends NT$211,858,000 (NT$0.5 per share). This appropriation will be resolved by the stockholders in the annual regular meeting; ex-dividend date will be scheduled and then be declared.
