In March 27, 2007, the Board of Directors proposed appropriation of 2006 earnings , total dividends NT$423,716,000 (NT$1 per share), including stock dividends NT$211,858,000 (NT$0.5 per share) and cash dividends NT$211,858,000 (NT$0.5 per share). This appropriation will be resolved by the stockholders in the annual regular meeting; ex-dividend date will be scheduled and then be declared.
