Taiwan Water Corporation chose to award 「Danan Water Treatment Plant-Phase 3 EPC Project」to the joint venture of Star Energy Corporation, which is one of TCC’s subsidiary , and Kwang Lien Construction & Engineering Enterprise Co. , Ltd
      Star Energy Corporation, which is one of TCC’s subsidiary, joint venture with Kwang Lien Construction & Engineering Enterprise Co., Ltd won the bid of 「Danan Water Treatment Plant-Phase 3 EPC Project ( hereunder “Project” )」of Taiwan Water Corporation on 2010/12/30, and the bidding price was NT$1,115,000,000.  The Project site is located at Taoyuan city, and the major items include the design, material and equipment supply, construction, installation and startup of Raw Water Preliminary Treatment System, Water Treatment System, Wastewater Treatment System, Administration Building, Duty House, Misc. Works etc. The compliance period of the project is 760 calendar days, and the Project expected to be finished by the early 2013.
      Star Energy Corporation expand its business field to Water Resource and Environmental Engineering field based on existing experience in Power Transmission and Distribution, Wind Power generation and other fields. The Board of Directors announced the ex-dividend date.
  

By the resolve of the annual stockholders’ meeting, the board of Directors declared that the ex-dividend date is on July 31, 2011 and payment date is on August 24, 2011.
