News Release
The appropriation of 2008 earnings, total cash dividends NT$1.2 per share.
  In June 16, 2009, total cash dividends NT$1.2 per share have been resolved by the stockholders in the annual regular meeting; ex-dividend date will be scheduled and then be declared.

EPS of NT$1.76 in the year ended December 31, 2008.
  

  The financial statements as of December 31, 2008 have been audited by CPA. Net sales of NT$5,213 millions is increased by 28%, compared to NT$4,079 millions in the corresponding year of 2007. The net income of NT$874 millions and earnings per share of NT$1.76 are also increased by 128% and 120% respectively, compared to NT383 millions and NT$0.8 in corresponding year of 2007.
